The Far North is firmly in the grip of festival fever, as August 13 timeOUT Day In The Park kicks off the four biggest weeks of events, entertainment, arts and culture for the year in Cairns.
Acts included DJ Crasey, Jobstopper, Zennith, Nina Las Vegas, British India, Drapht and The Living End took to the stage on the Esplanade and brought the crowds to their feet! It was a great day of music!
Coaster Festival - Gosford, New South Wales

Coaster is now in its fourth year and is now nationally recognised as the start of the summer festival season in Australia...and it didn't disappoint! The weather was smiling on us and the crowd loved the amazing performances by all of the artists.

Garage Sale Trail - Glebe and Surry Hills, Sydney

Thousands of bargain hunters shopped up a storm in the City of Sydney local government area on Sunday 10 April as part of the Australia-wide Garage Sale Trail event. The roller doors came up on more than 80 garage sales in Surry Hills and over 50 in Glebe, the bargain hotspots for the event.
In addition to hosting the trails, stalls were setup at Glebe and Surry Hills to promote Sustainable Sydney with information regarding the City’s ‘green’ initiatives and hold its own garage sale which raised $1000 with all proceeds donated to Keep Australia Beautiful.

Woollahra Festival Arts and Ideas is a two stranded festival; is a cutting edge ideas program with some of Sydney’s leading minds, and a free outdoor performance program with a head turning line-up of musicians, comedians and performance artists. Our diverse program includes:
30 talks, 3 days, 60 speakers on a range of topics including current affairs, art, food and wine, science, literature, politics and much more
Over 100 performers including comedians, performing artists, musicians, acrobats, flashmobs and more
This was the second year of the festival, building on the success of the first year event. The Woollahra Festival Arts and Ideas is about building and celebrating community, and is held in the uniquely charming village environment of Queen Street Woollahra.
Stereosonic Australia Festival - Sydney and Brisbane
Stereosonic is an annual music festival held in Australia in early December.
