Mothership Music will source, negotiate, book and schedule an artist roster for the event within guidelines and budget provided by project management and producers of the event.

The proposed budget for artists is to be finalized upon further negotiations.

Administration & Contract Services

Mothership Music will upon booking artist provide contracting and administration of all artist appearing on the roster.

We will also provide administration of the artist’s financials, logistics, management, production requirements and perdiems.

Artist Liaison & Onsite Management

We will perform the role on the ground that ensures the artists are coordinated with their itineraries from arrival to their departure from venue and accommodation.

This will include overseeing transport logistics, accreditation, perdiems, production compliance, safety and hospitality onsite and also between accommodation and event site. It includes Brent, myself and our relevant event crew performing these duties over the required lead up days of the event, the event day and post event day.

Production Management

We will source, hire, crew and coordinate the set up of the following:

• PA Systems
• Staging
• Lighting and its production requirements.
• Backline hire and logistics
• AV and Special Effects

This will include production liaison between artist crews and technical requirements, compliance and logistics.
